Dru Yoga Class - Term 2 (11 weeks)

Dru Yoga classes are suitable for all abilities and individual health needs. Classes include gentle activations to warm up the body, energy block release sequences, asanas or postures and guided relaxations, with an emphasis on soft flowing movements, breath work (pranayama) and nurturing the body and the mind.
